NTFIA Monthly Meeting / Dallas Youth Firesetting Intervention Program

The class will teach about youth fire setters and the DFD Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Program so that we have a resource we can use in the future. They’ll explain how the program works, what is taught, how often they hold classes, how to refer juveniles to the program, etc., as well as some tips for investigating juvenile set fires, interviewing juveniles, and some common trends their office has encountered in the past. In conjunction with our monthly meeting, at the Irving & Grand Prairie Joint Fire Training Facility (4850 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75038).
